Things get even stranger when reports of strange pony-like creatures roaming what once was Ponyville appear. Then entire groups sent to investigate start to vanish.
And then, it all goes to hell. The creatures, who once were Equestrian citizens, invade.
Soon enough, most of Equestria is overrun by these monsters.
Then it is revealed the the events actually take place 1000 years before the show series, and this infection is the true reason for Luna’s banishment.
